Role : Head of Wealth Products, Innovation and Digital Assets

Role Purpose :

The Head of Wealth Platforms, Innovation & Digital Assets is a senior business leader within the Wealth Management division, responsible for driving the digital strategy, platform enablement, and commercial performance of all wealth platforms across Retail, Private Banking, and ADIB Securities. This role ensures that platforms are business-aligned and commercially driven, supporting revenue growth, client acquisition, and product adoption through digital channels.

The role partners closely with Technology, Product, and Segment teams, while maintaining business ownership of platform outcomes, including digital asset strategy, innovation pipeline execution, and channel penetration.

Key Accountabilities of the role

1. Lead the business ownership of platform capabilities and digital enablement across all wealth segments, including Retail, Private Banking, and ADIB Securities. Ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs and segment strategies.
2. Business Ownership of commercial Outcomes
3. Own and drive KPIs related to revenue generation, asset growth, and product penetration through digital wealth platforms across all segments. Collaborate with product and segment owners to ensure digital channels are commercially optimized and contribute to overall business targets.
4. Drive digital trading volumes to achieve growth/revenue targets, ensuring brokerage features meet high standards.
5. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and implement client retention strategies.
6. Enablement of Product & Service Innovation
7. Collaborate with product owners and segment heads to support timely deployment of new wealth products and services. Embed agility to accelerate time-to-market and maintain competitive advantage.
8. Develop and execute digital banking and online trading strategies, including platform enhancements, market expansion, and product/service improvements.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
10. Spearhead operational and business relationships with third-party brokerage firms and custodians to deliver best-in-class products.
11. Lead the business analysis function within ADIB Securities to drive sales through analytics and data.
12. Digital Assets & Emerging Technology
13. Develop digital assets strategy, including product offerings, use cases, and regulatory compliance.
14. Collaborate with IT to ensure robust digital asset management platforms.
15. Drive blockchain adoption and assess emerging trends for business potential.
16. Manage digital assets lifecycle and monitor regulatory changes.
17. Serve as the primary contact for digital assets, providing updates on performance.
18. Leadership & Governance
19. Provide strategic oversight to teams, fostering high performance and representing the platform in governance forums.
20. Ensure platforms deliver excellent digital experiences and operational efficiency.
21. Stakeholder & Regulatory Alignment
