We are a next-generation investment platform enabling HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices to invest directly into high-yielding, sustainable real-world assets — including electric delivery fleets, renewable energy infrastructure, and more. Our investors don’t just earn above-market returns; they fund the future of clean mobility and climate-positive infrastructure.

Backed by marquee ecosystem partners and operating at the intersection of climate and capital, Pyse is scaling rapidly across the UAE and broader GCC.

We are seeking a seasoned capital-raising professional to lead and expand Pyse’s investment distribution in the UAE. This individual will directly own our HNI, UHNI, and Family Office outreach, build strategic relationships, and grow a high-performance wealth distribution channel — comprising private banks, IFAs, investment platforms, and digital wealth managers.

This is a leadership hire reporting directly to the Founding Team. You’ll be responsible for raising and closing investments across our product suite and eventually build out a full-fledged Investor Relations and Sales team.

  • Build, manage, and scale relationships with HNI, UHNI, and Family Office channels within the UAE
  • Leverage existing network to drive allocations into Pyse’s clean asset investment products
  • Build and manage a robust network of channel partners (private banks, MFOs, platforms, IFAs)
  • Own end-to-end investor lifecycle : origination, pitch, conversion, onboarding, and account servicing
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor investor-facing materials
  • Provide feedback on product-market fit, structuring, and positioning based on investor conversations
  • Develop scalable systems and playbooks to institutionalize investor relationship management
  • Track fundraising performance, build forecasts, and deliver against aggressive growth KPIs
  • 8–10 years of experience in private wealth, investment advisory, or alternative asset fundraising
  • Deep existing relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices in the UAE
  • Proven track record of capital raising or product distribution in structured investment products, AIFs, VC funds, REITs, green infra, or similar
  • Experience working with channel partners like wealth advisory firms, family office platforms, and investment aggregators
  • Familiarity with raising capital from NRI segments in the UAE is a strong plus
  • High ownership mindset with a willingness to operate hands-on in a startup environment
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative selling approach
  • Passionate about sustainability, clean energy, or climate-positive investments
  • Bonus : Having a working knowledge of crypto and digital asset classes is preferred
