An ambitious Islamic financial institution in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Head of Wealth Management to build a new Wealth Management division from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Private Banking or Wealth Management leader who wants to make a real impact — shaping strategy, building teams, and creating a best-in-class proposition within a fast-growing, values-driven bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and launch the bank’s Wealth Management proposition.
• Build the core Wealth Management team and structure across the UAE.
• Develop a client-centric offering aligned with Islamic finance principles.
• Create a strong value proposition to attract HNW and UHNW clients regionally and internationally.
• Drive innovation in investment products and wealth structuring solutions.
• Represent the Wealth division internally and externally with credibility and gravitas.

Profile Sought:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking, with leadership exposure.
• Proven success in building or expanding a Wealth business line or centre.
• Islamic Banking experience or strong understanding of Shari'a-compliant wealth solutions highly desirable.
• Bi-lingual (Arabic/English) highly preferred, though strong English speakers with gravitas will be considered.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ambitious, hands-on, and passionate about building and scaling.
• Comfortable in a growth-stage, agile environment rather than a fully corporate setup.
• Experience in managing investment products, client advisory, and structured wealth solutions.
