Job description

Our client is an independent financial services firm with a strong international footprint, offering investment banking, trading, and wealth management solutions. With offices in Dubai, the UK, the US, and Europe, the firm serves institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Wealth Management to lead and expand the firm's wealth division in Dubai.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales and wealth management teams, driving sustainable revenue growth and long-term profitability.
  • Build a strong rapport with UHNW and HNW clients by delivering tailored investment and advisory solutions.
  • Design and implement sales strategies and initiatives to support business expansion and revenue targets.
  • Build and oversee a high-performing sales team, including supervising and development, with a focus on retail distribution, where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as Team Head, Head of Wealth Management, or Head of Private Banking, within a recognised international financial institution.
  • Extensive experience in private banking and wealth management, with a proven track record of advising HNW and UHNW clients, managing active client portfolios, and driving revenue growth through strong relationship management.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Willing to relocate to Dubai if not currently residing in the region.
