Our Dubai-based client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Travel and Lifestyle Concierge to join their team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, leading the team, developing new business, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the travel and concierge services.
• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated travel and concierge professionals.
• Identify and secure new high-net-worth clients.
• Design and develop bespoke travel and concierge services tailored to luxury clients.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalized customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury travel and concierge industry, including leadership roles such as a Travel Advisor.
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic or another European language is an advantage.

This role requires availability to work additional/out of hours as needed to meet business and client requirements.
