Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Training Institute for the Telecomm Sector in UAE. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of telecommunications training programs in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the institute's growth, strategic direction, and excellence in providing high-quality training services to industry professionals. He must have knowledge of KHDA Inspection, NCRs, and other statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Development and Planning
  2. Training Program Development and Delivery
  3. Training Center Management
  4. Quality Assurance and Evaluation
  5. Marketing and Business Development
  6. Budgeting and Resource Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a relevant field (Telecommunications, Education, Business Administration, or related field). Ph.D. is preferable.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on training, education, or professional development.

Proven track record of leading training initiatives, programs, or departments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry stakeholders.

Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and business development.

Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and laws relevant to the telecommunications sector in the UAE.

Experience with learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and other digital tools.

Certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma, are desirable.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with a training institute or organization in the UAE or internationally.

Fluency in multiple languages, including Arabic, English, and one other language spoken in the UAE.

Experience with online training platforms and e-learning solutions.

Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
