About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of the Boys School to lead and oversee all aspects of the school's operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the educational environment, fostering a strong Islamic ethos, and ensuring academic success for all students.
Requirements:
- 1. **Educational Leadership:**
- - Provide visionary leadership to the Boys School, setting strategic goals and ensuring their successful implementation.
- - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and character development.
- - Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall educational experience.
- 2. **Islamic Ethos and Values:**
- - Uphold and promote the school's Islamic ethos and values throughout all aspects of the educational program.
- - Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate Islamic teachings into the curriculum and daily school activities.
- 3. **Arabic Language Proficiency:**
- - Proficient in spoken and written Arabic to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents.
- - Ensure that the Arabic language is integrated into the curriculum to promote language proficiency and cultural understanding.
- - Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum in line with educational standards and Islamic principles.
- - Regularly assess and update the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students and educational standards.
- 5. **Staff Management:**
- - Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and administrative staff.
- - Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- 6. **Parent and Community Engagement:**

Qualifications:
- - Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- - Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
