The Role:

We’re hiring a product-savvy technical leader to drive our MVP build strategy across ventures. You’ll oversee internal execution, manage agency partnerships, and ensure ventures launch with well-architected, scalable, AI-enabled products.

What You’ll Own:

Technical Oversight

• Own technical due diligence for all ventures
• Ensure scalable, secure, and lean tech stacks for MVPs
• Support integration of AI tools and frameworks where relevant

Product Development

• Drive end-to-end MVP execution across ventures
• Manage internal technical resources and external agencies
• Prioritize speed without sacrificing clarity or product logic

Team Management

• Mentor and guide in-house devs, designers, and PMs
• Build and manage sprint cycles, shipping targets, and reviews
• Ensure strong handoff from prototype to live product

Who You Are:

• 7+ years in product and engineering leadership roles
• Experience shipping multiple products from scratch
• Strong grasp of AI systems, APIs, and modern dev stacks
• Clarity in communication, urgency in execution
• Ability to manage external partners and internal build teams

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Langchain, or Pinecone
• Background in startup building or venture studios
