Candidates should possess at least 15-20 years of HR experience, with proven success in talent acquisition and leadership roles. Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company.
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
Bachelor Degree in HR / business with at least 15-20 years relevant experience in HR.
Excellent understanding of the local market labour law and HR practices.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
Strong leadership skills, interpersonal ability and communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, Talent management, strategic HRM and compensation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
