Role Overview:
The Head of Streamer Relationship Management is a senior, new role within ARRISE, supporting Pragmatic Play. The primary goal is to develop and implement a global streamer relationship strategy to enhance brand visibility in the streaming community. This role reports directly to the Commercial Team leadership.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop & drive the company’s streamer relationship strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive strategy to boost exposure and brand dominance across all product verticals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with leading streamers and content creators, serving as their main contact to meet their engagement needs.
- Commercial negotiation: Present the value proposition to key clients to promote streamer marketing and streaming tools.
- PR Management: Monitor streams for issues, define escalation processes, and collaborate with marketing, legal, and leadership to address challenges.
- Team management: Lead a team engaging with iGaming streamers and their audiences.
- Formulating Streamer Engagement: Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility within the gaming community.
- Streaming Platform Liaison: Manage relationships with streaming platforms according to strategy.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with streamers on promotional campaigns for our games.
- Creative Guidance: Provide marketing materials and support for authentic content creation.
- Marketing Material Support: Assist in developing marketing materials and merchandise.
- Content Engagement: Track and monitor over 800 streamers and their broadcasts to stay engaged with their communities.
- Network Expansion: Seek new streamers and partnership opportunities.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends and opportunities in gaming and streaming sectors.
- Performance Tracking: Collect data to evaluate engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Use tracking systems for campaign assessment and improvements.
- Team Participation: Contribute to team meetings with updates and ideas on streamer engagement and marketing.
What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate:
- Senior leadership with commercial experience understanding operator, game supplier, and streamer dynamics.
- 7+ years in iGaming, preferably in senior account management or VIP/high-value player management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and generate reports with recommendations.
- This is a full-time role based in Gibraltar, Malta, or the UAE; other locations may be considered. Streaming experience is not mandatory, but knowledge of platforms and processes is important.
