Job description

Head of Streamer Relationship Management **iGaming experience is essential**

Overview:

Head of Streamer Relationship Management is a new and senior role, that will form part of the core commercial team. Primary objective of the role is to drive forward and fully implement a global streamer relationship strategy across the group, to enhance our brand visibility towards the streaming community in the iGaming industry. This newly created senior position will report directly to leadership of the Commercial Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & drive the company's commercial streamer relationship strategy: Help define, create and manage the execution of a comprehensive streamer strategy that drives exposure & brand dominance, across all product verticals
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with leading streamers (/and content creators) acting as their main point of contact to ensure their engagement needs with the company are met
  • Commercial negotiation: Present the streamer value proposition to key clients to drive the adoption of streamer marketing and our streaming tools
  • PR Management: Identify and monitor for any streams that could be problematic or any challenges that streamers are facing whilst playing our games. Define escalation processes & collaborate with the corporate marketing, legal teams & senior leaders to mitigate any challenges & negative stories
  • Team management: As a strong leader, the role entails managing a team to engage with iGaming streamers and their audiences

Other Responsibilities:

  • Formulating Streamer Engagement: Create & implement marketing strategies that increase our brand's visibility and engagement within the gaming community
  • Streaming Platform Liaison: Manage our relationship with key streaming platforms in line with our strategy
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with streamers to design and run promotional campaigns for our slots and live casino games
  • Creative Guidance: Provide streamers with marketing materials and support to help them create authentic content that represents our brand
  • Marketing Material Support: Assist in developing and organizing various marketing materials and merchandise options
  • Content Engagement: Using tools and via the team, identify & track over 800 streamers, and monitor assigned streamers live broadcasts to remain engaged with their content and communities
  • Network Expansion: Continuously seek out new streamers to grow our network and explore partnership opportunities
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the gaming and streaming sectors
  • Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze data on streamer performance to gauge engagement and effectiveness
  • Data Analysis: Utilize tracking systems to assess the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven improvements
  • Team Participation: Actively engage in team meetings, sharing updates and contributing ideas related to streamer engagement and marketing initiatives

Key requirements

  • Senior leader with commercial experience understands the dynamics between operators, game suppliers & streamers
  • +7years in the iGaming industry, ideally in either a Senior Account Management related role or VIP/High Value Player Management related role
  • Strong communicator both verbally and in written form
  • Understands analytics and is able to generate data reports that leads to recommendation
  • The role is full-time, and based in either Gibraltar, Malta or the UAE, though alternatives may be possible. Streaming experience is not required, though knowledge of the platforms and processes are important.
