We are seeking a Head of Strategy, Growth & Transformation to lead our regional transformation agenda and accelerate growth across the MENA region. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our business, expanding our market footprint, and delivering long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives, from strategy through execution
• Develop and launch new business models, ventures, and market entry strategies
• Conduct commercial due diligence and investment assessments to support business decisions
• Establish and lead PMO governance, ensuring execution excellence across all strategic programs

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the senior executive team and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in top-tier management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent)
• 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail or consumer goods sector, with strong MENA market knowledge
• Expertise in PMO frameworks, project delivery, and operational governance
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership presence
