Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of the catering industry, identify business opportunities for chain brands on the takeaway platform through data analysis, and assist the senior account manager in influencing local chain customers.
• Develop growth strategies and solutions for different customer categories or scenarios, implement corporate strategies suitable for chain brands, and replicate successful experiences.
• Explore and lead the development of joint business plans and strategic cooperation models, working with the account manager to build deep cooperation with key customers.
• Lead the team to establish operational processes for chain customers and resolve practical issues.

Job Requirements :

• Understanding of the takeaway business or catering industry, with preference for candidates with experience in takeaway or catering brand operations.
• Curiosity about new trends and willingness to explore different operational approaches across regions, identifying patterns and consolidating internationally replicable experiences.
• Strong drive and execution capabilities, a builder mindset, ability to collaborate across departments, address new business challenges, and help build processes and organizational capabilities.
• A desire to exert positive influence, willingness to accept challenges, and openness to transfers from customer roles to operations or business analysis roles.
• Fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is preferred.
