Job description

The Role

We're on the hunt for a visionary, hands-on, and highly creative Head of Social & Creative Content to lead our digital storytelling and brand awareness efforts across all platforms. This role will be at the heart of our marketing function, crafting compelling narratives, growing a powerful online and offline presence, and driving visibility and affinity for the Driven Properties brand. You will lead campaigns that span social media, influencer partnerships, community engagement, content production, and more. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the overall brand awareness and content strategy across digital, social, print, and experiential channels.
  2. Develop and execute creative campaigns that elevate the Driven Properties brand and build recognition across target audiences.
  3. Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to ensure engagement, growth, and brand consistency.
  4. Build and manage a high-performing in-house and freelance creative team including content creators, designers, and videographers.
  5. Identify and lead influencer partnerships, content collaborations, and brand activations.
  6. Oversee content planning and production across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice and aesthetic.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, training, sales, leadership) to align messaging and support business objectives.
  8. Monitor performance through analytics tools and reporting, optimizing based on insights and results.
  9. Stay ahead of digital and offline marketing trends to ensure innovation and relevance.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, or creative leadership, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality.
  2. Strong creative vision and the ability to translate business objectives into engaging content and campaigns.
  3. Track record of successful multi-channel brand awareness initiatives.
  4. Experience managing creative teams, content production, and agency partners.
  5. In-depth knowledge of social platforms, digital trends, and audience behaviors.
  6. Excellent project management and communication skills.
  7. A passion for real estate, design, and Dubai's unique culture and energy is a plus.
