Job description

Ericsson is seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Head of Service Line (SL) ITMS and ADM Multi Account. This pivotal position is responsible for BOS Engagements and Service Delivery (ADM / SI / MSIT) within designated accounts under Gulf CU. Reporting to the Head of SL BOS for Gulf, you will be part of the MMEA BOS and CU Gulf CSS (Cloud Software & Services) team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and excellence in BOS business operations, focusing on ADM and ITMS across multiple accounts, fostering business growth, ensuring financial accuracy, and enhancing customer experience.

What You Will Do :

  • Team Management : Oversee the team responsible for ADM / ITMS delivery across assigned accounts.
  • Delivery Responsibility : Ensure business continuity and growth in ADM and ITMS operations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Fulfillment and Solution Responsible roles to manage growth accounts and financial forecasts, ensuring KPI alignment.
  • Business Growth : Maximize customer value and promote additional sales opportunities.
  • Planning and Delivery : Lead the planning and delivery of ITMS and ADM services, supporting outsourced IT operations.
  • Execution Excellence : Ensure adherence to service delivery tools, processes, and methods, including governance and change control.
  • Profitability Improvement : Focus on cost control, quality adherence, and automation to improve service profitability.
  • Performance Management : Set goals for team members, review performance, and implement improvement plans.
  • Resource Management : Ensure absorption and billability of assigned accounts align with organizational targets.
  • Single Point of Contact : Serve as the primary contact for ADM / ITMS business-related matters for assigned accounts.
  • Governance Adherence : Ensure compliance with delivery tools, processes, and governance streams.
  • Financial Forecasting : Deliver accurate financial and demand forecasts, aligning with CU CSS and Gulf targets.
  • Delivery Excellence : Ensure quality mandates are met and customer satisfaction issues resolved promptly.

You Will Bring :

  • Educational Background : Degree in Engineering / ICT; an MBA is a merit.
  • Leadership Experience : 10-15 years in sales support and project management, with proven leadership roles.
  • People Management : Experience leading senior team members and leaders.
  • Sales and Delivery Expertise : Strong track record in sales support and delivery, managing multiple systems programs and projects.
  • Subject Matter Expertise : Knowledge of Business and Operations Systems portfolio and governance streams.
  • Problem Solving Skills : Ability to monitor and resolve project-related issues, facilitating user challenges and driving resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Experience leading matrixed and globally distributed teams.
  • Certifications : PMP, Program Director certification, TOGAF, ITIL are a plus.
  • SDLC Knowledge : Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile.
  • Communication Skills : Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills; ability to communicate at executive levels.
  • Pressure Management : Proven track record in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments.
  • Collaboration Skills : Proficient in collaboration and team management.
