Job description

As the Head of SEO for this growing independent performance media agency, you will have extensive knowledge of SEO with experience working across international brands managing complex projects. This role has been newly created to add support to a growing number of agency clients. Excellent knowledge of multiple SEO tools, including SEOMoz and Screaming Frog, is vital.

You will be responsible for producing detailed SEO audits and SWOT analyses of websites to assist account managers. Working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, you should recognize the value of your work and how it contributes to site performance. Regularly producing SEO reports on a monthly basis for clients and recommending SEO improvements to meet business objectives will be key. Delivering monthly SEO work, either through content addition and use of client CMS or via a developer, is also required. Additionally, you will run monthly ranking reports and prepare performance data for each client. Contributing positively to the team by staying updated on SEO developments, researching, testing, and proposing new strategies for improving search engine rankings is expected.

The agency maintains a unique approach to team structure, offering exposure across multiple biddable channels. The SEO team supports the wider account management team, providing a great opportunity to work with retail and lifestyle clients within an integrated channel setup. This role is ideal for someone currently agency-side, seeking an SEO Manager-level position within a collaborative team environment.
