Head of Section of Corporate Partnerships - Emirati (On Behalf of Client)

We are partnering with a UAE Federal Government Entity to help fill the following vacancy: Chief Strategy Officer

This is a full-time position that will be directly employed by our client, not Whiteshield. Our role is solely to assist in the recruitment process; further details will be provided upon the successful shortlisting of applicants.

The Head of Section of Corporate Partnerships oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of partnership and sponsorship strategies. This position involves cultivating collaborations with key stakeholders, monitoring the effectiveness of partnerships, and leading the section team to ensure goals are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee strategies to establish and enhance partnerships with federal, local, and private entities to support the Ministry's strategy.
2. Guide the creation and governance of sponsorship programs aligned with the Ministry's objectives.
3. Design and implement plans to attract sponsorships for initiatives that support the country's goals.
4. Organize and participate in periodic meetings with corporate sponsors and other stakeholders to identify needs and collaborate on solutions.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, addressing concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
6. Track and evaluate the impact of sponsorship and partnership programs, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending improvements.
