Role Overview
- Plan and execute sales strategies with Key Accounts (Distributors, OR, IR, resellers, Trade).
- Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual market share and sales targets.
- Support decision-making by senior management on sales and service strategies through market inputs and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts at all levels.
- Identify client requirements and develop solutions to overcome sales barriers.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support sales plans.
- Regularly inform potential clients about new products and pricing updates.
- Manage and implement situational pricing and ensure consistency across online channels.
- Collaborate with local teams for successful product launches and regional campaigns.
- Plan weekly stock allocation per account.
- Oversee inventory management.

Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role within the industry, with knowledge of UAE and/or GCC markets.
- Background in Consumer Electronics is essential, with a preference for TV experience.
