Job Overview :

We are looking for a high-performing, strategic, and result-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales division and drive revenue growth across our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UAE real estate market, with a deep understanding of luxury and investment property sales, sales team leadership, and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, aligning with the company’s business goals and real estate project timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the entire sales team including Sales Directors, Managers, and Agents.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and commission structures to ensure achievement of revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Project Development teams to ensure sales goals align with project delivery and branding.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company’s footprint locally and internationally.
  • Oversee the full sales process from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and closing.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and investor meetings.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading large, high-performing real estate sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including off-plan and ready properties.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Established network of investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are an advantage.
