We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Dubai. The role offers both onsite and remote working options, providing flexibility for the right candidate. * Sales Strategy Development: Build and implement a comprehensive sales system from lead generation to client retention; * Team Leadership:Manage and develop sales team performance, set targets, and ensure KPI achievement; * Sales Process Optimization: Create and refine sales scripts, analyze performance, and implement improvements; * Analytics & Reporting: Develop sales analytics framework and maintain accurate CRM records in Bitrix24; * Business Development: Expand partnership network and drive sales growth;
