  • Build inbound sales funnels through strategic partnerships with resellers and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Team Development
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performance regional sales team across target markets.
  • Set clear KPIs and provide continuous coaching to drive hashrate and product sales.
  • Create a results-driven, collaborative sales culture.
  • Client and Partner Management
  • Establish and grow relationships with miners, hardware vendors, hosting providers, and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding and addressing operational needs.
  • Negotiate complex technical partnerships and enterprise agreements.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor MENA market trends, client behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Track and report KPIs including connected hashrate, client retention, and revenue.
  • Represent EMCD at industry events, conferences, and regional forums.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Align with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure sales strategy fits product roadmap and brand positioning.
  • Incorporate client and market feedback into strategic decisions.
  • Drive product-market fit and adoption of the complex solution in MENA.
Requirements :
  • 5+ years in B2B financial product or fintech sales.
  • 3+ years leading regional or international sales teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in cryptocurrency mining operations or technical sales.
  • Deep understanding of Bitcoin mining economics, hardware, and pool operations.
  • Strong grasp of MENA regulatory environments and market fragmentation.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
  • Arabic fluency required.
  • Willingness to travel within the MENA region.
