Job description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales for the MENA region. This strategic role is pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our market presence across the Middle East and North Africa. The successful candidate will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals across different regions.
  2. Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients via phone, email, and social networks.
  3. Build and train a team of highly motivated sales individuals.
  4. Develop the institutional business based on targets set by senior management.
  5. Promote the company’s products and services effectively to maintain an adequate sales conversion ratio according to targets set by senior management.
  6. Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure team alignment with business goals.
  7. Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through mentorship and coaching.
  8. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  9. Coach and train the team.
  10. Be responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales department in the MENA region.
  11. Deliver action plans regarding the sales team to senior management when needed.
  12. Take proper actions and implement necessary changes to improve team performance.
  13. Ensure that the team follows the relevant regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success, preferably in the cryptocurrency and FX industry.
  3. Deep understanding of payment processing technologies and trends within the cryptocurrency and FX industry.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Preferred But Not Essential:

  1. Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  2. Experience with G-Suite.

  1. Strong communication skills.

  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
