Founded over 8 years ago at ETH Zurich, Europe's leading robotics university, our goal is to build the best aerial robots to digitize the world at the push of a button, enabling faster and better decisions. Wingtra offers efficient and reliable data solutions across industries such as mining, construction, agriculture, humanitarian efforts, environmental monitoring, and wildlife conservation.

We are looking for a sales leader to develop and grow our indirect sales network through partner acquisition, enablement, and strategic deal-making. This role involves traveling, closing strategic partnerships, and driving scalable revenue in key regions.

Responsibilities
  • Rebuild and optimize the indirect sales distribution network in the field by evaluating existing partners face-to-face, identifying high-potential prospects, and delivering on-site enablement programs to create predictable revenue growth.
  • Generate and close new distribution partnerships through direct engagement, including in-person negotiations and strategic deal closure with partners and end customers.
  • Assess and improve existing partner performance through operational field work, including on-site evaluations, coaching, and collaboration with end customers to enhance performance.
  • Develop regional sales strategies by working directly in the field with sales teams to translate global goals into regional plans through strategic account engagement.
  • Implement partner enablement processes via operational field presence, including systematic training, performance tracking, and maintaining high data quality in CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Analyze market trends through direct engagement with customers and partners to identify opportunities and inform broader market strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in B2B sales or equivalent business development roles.
  • Strong network and familiarity with cultures across the MEA region.
  • Experience providing solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners.
  • Persuasive, independent, and comfortable negotiating and establishing trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Plus
  • Fluency in one or more local languages (e.g., Arabic, French).
  • Experience in go-to-market strategies for international companies.
  • Background in surveying, mining, architectural engineering, construction (AEC), or related industries.
  • Experience building cross-functional remote teams.
