Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to establish our product as a market leader.
  • Define target markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to fuel sustainable growth.
  • Align team efforts with organizational objectives, emphasizing eco-friendly and innovative solutions.

Sales Management

  • Set and surpass sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Establish and manage a strong distribution network, collaborating with distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and refine strategies to ensure consistent growth.

Requirements
