Job description

Grubtech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales GCC (excl. KSA) to drive and manage our SMB / Midmarket sales team in the GCC. This is a quota-carrying management role where you will be responsible for both direct sales and leading a high-performing team. You will oversee a team of four Sales Managers), ensuring strong execution of our go-to-market strategy while driving revenue growth in the region. This role is instrumental in shaping the SMB / Midmarket sales function, focusing on prospects with fewer than 100 brand locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Directly manage and support the GCC sales team (excl. KSA).
  • Lead by example by actively closing deals alongside your team.
  • Drive team performance and ensure consistent pipeline growth & deal execution.
  • Co-define and execute the GCC go-to-market strategy for the SMB / Midmarket sector.
  • Conduct weekly 1 : 1s with each sales manager to review pipelines, forecast deals, and define strategy & tasks.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Report to the SVP Global Head of Sales on forecasts, performance, and key challenges.

3) Coaching & Day-to-Day Team Management

  • Provide hands-on support to the team, assisting in deal negotiations & overcoming obstacles.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the team and other departments.
  • Support sales enablement by driving partner & reseller engagement and resolving production challenges.

Compensation & Benefits :

Annual Fixed Salary : xxxxxx

  • Commissions : Commissions on individual and team results
  • Monthly payment of commissions
  • No cap on commissions
