We’re looking for a Head of GCC Sales to take our business to the next level. You’ll spearhead revenue growth, build lasting partnerships, and turn opportunity into impact. You'll inherit a solid base of top-tier clients and a respected brand – and now it’s time to grow.


Job Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Drive the regional sales pipeline in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers

  • Research and map the market, pinpointing high-potential accounts, and create smart go-to-market plans

  • Provide guidance and support to the wider sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing and product to shape a sales strategy that win


You’ll be expected to deliver ROI fast: Net Revenue Targets are set taking into consideration the market opportunity/ size and ROI. As such, we would expect a Salary (Annual) / Revenue multiple of X3 to be secured within Q1 and X10 within the first year. Our commission structure is uncapped and designed to reward overperformance, and we expect you to chase it


Account Management:

  • Manage and expand our key account portfolio – deepen trust, increase adoption and customer satisfaction

  • Become the go-to partner for clients – with deep understanding of their needs and challenges and help to solve their problems with tailored solutions

  • Ensure flawless onboarding and implementation in partnership with our delivery teams

  • Be the voice of the customer internally – influencing product evolution and support


What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in tech/SaaS

  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its dynamics in the GCC region.

  • You’re a closer: persuasive, strategic, and driven by numbers

  • Experience managing key accounts and growing client relationships

  • Team player who can lead, inspire, and collaborate across functions

  • Willingness to travel across the region when needed


You’ll thrive in this role if you're someone (Great to have)
  • Have previously scaled SaaS Sales in the region

  • Speak Arabic or have strong cultural fluency across GCC markets

  • Thrive in fast-paced, startup-style environments

  • Have experience selling to OEMs, distributors, or large dealer groups
