Drive revenue growth and profitability for the division by formulating and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies and action plans across brands, SKUs/products, channels, and outlets—ensuring alignment with brand objectives in terms of market share, visibility, and overall performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic planning objectives & sales targets to set direction for the division
- Ensure that the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to support them in achieving their targets
- Manage the price structure to achieve adequate margins in line with the budget
- Build and maintain professional relationship with the decision makers from the customer sides in order to develop the business
- Ensure that the sales personnel are adhering to the company policy & guidelines to maintain compliance
- Review and analyze Sales Force achievements to ensure meeting company objectives
- Responsible for directing the Sales personnel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meeting to evaluate the performance & take corrective steps where necessary
- Ensure right pricing strategy in the market and suggest right promotional planning to drive sales.
- Conduct performance evaluation and appraisals (Quarterly & Annual) of the sales force for the Division to support internal promotion & succession planning decisions.
- Present monthly/quarterly business review to the company management and Principal Companies to control performance
- Responsible for keeping track of division performance.
Desired Requirements:
- Degrees & Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing
- Knowledge & Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in a large FMCG company which are at the division management level.
- Advanced MS Office
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language – oral and written) (including presentation skills)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and plan future capacity requirements
- Problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period
- Strong leadership, management qualities & negotiation skills
- Different trade channels management experience (e.g. key accounts, self service,…etc)
