What we need from you :

  • You’ve built and managed a sales team — not just managed existing people.
  • You know how to hire, train, and motivate sales reps.
  • You can close deals yourself if needed.
  • You understand pipelines, CRMs, KPIs — and how to make them work.
  • You’re comfortable in the field — you enjoy winning.
  • You have experience in Dubai or understand the local market.
