HEAD OF SALES & DISTRIBUTION

Lead the sales and distribution department of bottled water company (5G HOD & PET retail)

1. Prepare annual budgets & ensure target achievement month on month basis.
2. Mentor the team of 200+ and help them achieve individual & team objectives.
3. Grow the existing sales and initiate for new routes and new geographic expansion.
4. Plan & execute innovative methods to grow the customer base of 5 Gallon HOD.
5. Scale up the PET business to increase the presence in market in all sales channels.
6. Guide the team with good practices and track the bottles and asset movement.
7. Control the pilferage by efficiently monitoring systems and processes.
8. Control the sales operations by closely monitoring daily activities with a hands-on approach.
9. Periodic sales analysis and timely corrective actions wherever necessary.
10. Demonstrate leadership by building strong working relationships with frontline sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. University graduate.
2. 10-15 years’ experience in 5-gallon water sales is a MUST in which 5 years managerial experience. PET retail sales experience is desirable.
3. Managed HOD, corporate channels and PET retail channels in Dubai & other emirates of UAE having good relations with market.
4. Positive and proactive great analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication & presentation skills in MS office.
6. Good command in English, Hindi. Arabic is an advantage.
