Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead and execute sales strategies for our real estate development projects. This role focuses on driving sales through brokerage networks and real estate agents. The ideal candidate has strong industry connections, leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed project sales targets.
  2. Build strong relationships with top-performing real estate agencies and broker networks locally and internationally.
  3. Actively manage and grow the company’s brokerage database.
  4. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to educate brokers and agents about project updates, pricing, and incentives.
  5. Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings to optimize sales efforts.
  1. Team Leadership & Development - Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
  2. Mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  3. Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews for internal sales staff.
  1. Project Coordination - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  2. Provide feedback from brokers and clients to the development, product, and marketing teams to improve offerings.
  3. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
  1. Reporting & Forecasting - Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
  2. Track and report broker performance and commission structures.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience.
  3. Strong broker/agent network and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  4. Proven ability to lead a team and close high-value transactions.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Experience in hiring and mentoring sales teams.
  7. Fluent in English; native Russian language.
