Job Description :

Bluewheel Mining is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales efforts for our Bitcoin mining investment solutions. The ideal candidate will specialize in generating revenue from alternative investment opportunities, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, funds, and institutional clients interested in diversifying their portfolios and generating passive income through Bitcoin mining.

The Sales Head will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients seeking alternative investment solutions in the cryptocurrency space, particularly Bitcoin mining. This role demands a proven track record of high-ticket sales, relationship building with high-value clients, and closing large investment deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Identify, pursue, and secure new clients, focusing on HNWIs, family offices, funds, and institutional clients interested in generating passive income through Bitcoin mining.
  • Strategy Development : Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire clients interested in alternative income opportunities through Bitcoin mining investments.
  • Sales Education : Educate prospective clients on the benefits of investing in Bitcoin mining and how it aligns with their financial goals, highlighting Bluewheel Mining’s value proposition.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target market.
  • Structuring & Closing : Lead negotiations and close high-value investment deals, structuring them to meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Pipeline Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Industry Intelligence : Stay updated on trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries, and monitor competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and senior management to ensure aligned messaging, product offerings, and seamless client onboarding.
  • Reporting & Tracking : Track performance against sales targets and KPIs, report on progress, and adjust strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 5-7 years of experience in high-ticket sales, particularly in financial services, private equity, or blockchain sectors. Experience with alternative investments such as real estate, hedge funds, or commodities is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and close deals with HNWIs, family offices, funds, and institutional clients.
  • Understanding of Bitcoin mining and cryptocurrency investments, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Established network within wealth management, private equity, and institutional investment sectors, including relationships with decision-makers at family offices, funds, and large investors.
  • Consultative sales approach, advising clients on Bitcoin mining and alternative investments to generate passive income.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, willing to work within a performance-based incentive model.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
