Job description

We are looking for a Sales Director with more than 5+ years of sales experience in Smart Homes, Smart Hotels, Smart Cities Manufacturing.

Languages Known: Hindi, English, Arabic

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Development and Maintenance: Explore B-end customer resources such as real estate developers, hotels, apartments, property companies, and government projects. Establish and maintain customer relationships, promote cooperation, and implement projects.
  2. Project Follow-up and Bidding: Obtain project information, coordinate the process of preliminary plan design, quotation, bidding, and negotiation. Lead internal teams to prepare technical solutions and tenders to improve success rates.
  3. Plan Formulation and Output: Develop overall solutions based on customer needs, integrating company products, platforms, and services. Participate in project proposals and explain system architecture and advantages. Familiarity with CAD drawings is required.
  4. Resource Integration and Channel Expansion: Expand cooperation resources such as design institutes, consulting firms, contractors, and integrators. Build diversified customer acquisition channels to generate potential leads.
  5. Market and Competitive Product Analysis: Understand market trends, competitor solutions, customer budgets, and decision-making processes. Provide strategic suggestions and assist marketing in improving promotional materials and case studies.
