Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy for our luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of managerial experience in luxury real estate, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a visionary leader with an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and brokers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
    Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
    Identify target markets, create go-to-market strategies, and drive initiatives to capture market share in the ultra-luxury real estate sector.
    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for sales optimization.
  2. Team Management:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
    Set individual and team KPIs, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
    Provide training and development opportunities to build the team’s expertise in luxury real estate sales.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners in the luxury segment.
    Represent the brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
    Ensure exceptional customer service is provided throughout the sales process, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Sales Operations and Reporting:
    Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and budget adherence.
    Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
    Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of managerial experience in luxury real estate sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities. In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, particularly in the UAE. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for luxury real estate.
