We are a real estate developer with a master development project based in Dubai South. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to manage the sales function for our rapidly growing real estate business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE property market, a proven track record in high-value real estate transactions, and exceptional leadership abilities to drive revenue growth, manage teams, and shape sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Align sales efforts with overall business goals and expansion plans across the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor the team’s performance
  • Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities in the UAE.
  • Recommend proactive measures to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present to the executive leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
