Role Overview:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for designing and executing the sales vision across the UAE and regional markets. This is a high-impact leadership role that demands strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and an ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of 7X’s overall sales and commercial strategy.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and build strategies to consistently achieve or exceed them.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team across multiple regions.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing on integrated lead generation and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecast revenues, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, credit policies, and potential franchising opportunities.
  • Negotiate major contracts and long-term agreements with key clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and champion continuous service improvements.
  • Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large-scale sales operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent commercial insight and market understanding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC logistics landscape is preferred.
