Our client is seeking a high-performing Head of Sales at aReal Estate Brokerage company.
Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be leading thecompany towards driving the growth, profitability, andsuccess.
- You will be responsible forsetting and executing the company's strategic direction,overseeing operations, fostering a positive organizationalculture, and driving financial performance.
- Provide strategic leadershipand vision to guide the company's overall direction andgrowth.
- Develop and implement businessstrategies, plans, and initiatives that align with thecompany's goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations,ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliancewith industry standards and regulations.
- Build and nurture ahigh-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a positiveorganizational culture that promotes collaboration,innovation, and employee engagement.
- Set performance goals andobjectives for the executive team and provide regularfeedback and performance evaluations.
- Lead the development andexecution of the company's financial strategy, includingbudgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Establish and maintainrelationships with key stakeholders, including clients,partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
- Monitor market trends,competitive landscape, and industry developments to identifygrowth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure effective communicationand coordination between different departments and teamswithin the organization.
- Make informed decisions, takeappropriate actions to address challenges, and capitalize onbusiness opportunities.
- Represent the company atindustry events, conferences, and other relevant forums toenhance the company's reputation and brand.
- Ensure compliance with legaland regulatory requirements and maintain a strong commitmentto ethical business practices.
- Evaluate and improveoperational processes and systems to drive efficiency andproductivity.
- Stay updated on industrytrends, emerging technologies, and best practices to driveinnovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Education / Training :
- Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAdministration or related fields.
- 5-10 years of UAE Real Estateexperience is a must
- Experience in handling a team(10-15 Real Estate Brokers) is a must
Knowledge and Skills Required :
- Resilient with the ability towork on own initiative and to be able to lead and manageteam members.
- High personal credibility withwell-developed negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must possess solidcommunication skills in English (written and verbal). Thesecond language is an added advantage.
- Excellent computer skills andproficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and outlook
- A demonstrated commitment tohigh professional, ethical standards, and genuine customerservice
- Good at networking and buildingand maintaining professional relationships
- Mature attitude and ability tocommand respect in the eyes of important clients and otheremployees

- Punctual, optimistic,passionate, ambitious, and commands a can-do-attitude
- UAE Driving License and own car
