Liv Squared Properties – Head Of Sales
Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our expanding sales division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong track record in luxury real estate sales, team leadership, and business development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of experienced property advisors
  3. Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  4. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement training and development plans
  5. Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key stakeholders
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally
  7. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  8. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
  10. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Ideal Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE market, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  2. Proven track record in luxury real estate, preferably in Dubai or other global high-end markets
  3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  4. A natural yet approachable team leader who knows how to bring out the best in people
  5. In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
  6. Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
