Head of Sales - Real Estate Agency, Dubai

SELECTED are delighted to be partnered with a well-established and fast-growing real estate agency in Dubai that’s looking to hire a Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales function. This is a key leadership role for someone who knows the Dubai property market inside out and can drive performance across a sales team.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the entire sales department, recruiting and mentoring the team, and setting the sales strategy for both the secondary and off-plan markets. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, commercial thinking, and the ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the sales team, including hiring and training
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy across off-plan and ready properties
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team consistently hits targets
  • Work closely with marketing and senior management to align efforts
  • Analyse market trends and stay ahead of the competition
  • Report directly to the CEO / Managing Director

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role or someone looking to take a step up into management within a Dubai real estate agency
  • Strong knowledge of both off-plan and secondary market sales
  • A natural leader with a track record of building and managing successful teams
  • Commercially minded with a strategic approach to business growth

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
