Job description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our global sales efforts from Dubai, overseeing a multifaceted team and driving revenue growth for our market-leading engagement platforms. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, and ensuring the success of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex solution sales, ideally within a leading advertising group, a strong network (and sales track record in selling to) in the FMCG industry, and the ability to establish and manage a rigorous sales process.

What will you do

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring consistent growth.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, including lead generation, pre-sales, and sales managers, fostering their professional growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our presence in the FMCG, travel, payment, and other relevant industries with focus on the EMEA region, including a strong focus on the Saudi market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Leverage your expertise in complex solution selling to position our engagement platforms (Rewards Hub, Rewards Visa, and Rewards Play) effectively to clients and prospects.
  • Establish and manage a rigorous sales process, ensuring that sales collateral is consistently sharp, well-designed, and aligns with the brand's message.
  • Leverage your extensive network within the FMCG industry, particularly in the EMEA region, to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing significant accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Implement performance metrics and regularly analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Create and personally deliver compelling presentations that are contextual to the client’s main challenges while effectively communicating the value proposition of our engagement platforms to clients and prospects.

What will you need

  • Track record of successfully leading sales teams and delivering revenue growth in a complex solution selling environment.
  • Extensive network and experience selling to large FMCG brands, ideally within advertising or marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in solution selling techniques, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our engagement platforms.
  • Experience establishing and managing a structured and effective sales process.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with the ability to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Excellent network within the FMCG industry, especially in the EMEA region.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to mentoring and guiding a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and trends in the FMCG, travel, and payment industries.
  • Familiarity with engagement platforms and incentive programs is a plus.
