Compensation : Base Salary (Upto 10K AED) + Commission + Car Allowance

presence across India, the UAE, and now expanding rapidly into the GCC, It serves

discerning clients through custom, handmade rugs crafted from the finest natural materials.

Role Summary

As Head of Sales – Dubai & GCC, you will lead its commercial growth across the UAE,

Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the broader Gulf region. You will be responsible for establishing key client

relationships, driving revenue across multiple verticals (interior designers, retailers, hospitality, and

B2C), and positioning it as a leading design-focused rug brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales across Dubai and the GCC, focusing on high-value interior design

studios, hospitality projects, furniture retailers, and direct clients.

  • Develop and execute quarterly sales strategies aligned with brand goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify market gaps and develop action plans for targeted business acquisition.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in design, retail, and hospitality.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey—from initial outreach to project closure.
  • Represent the brand in meetings, events, exhibitions, and trade shows across the region.
  • Team & Operations

  • Work from Dubai office, supported by a dedicated Sales Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage all regional sales activity reporting and pipeline updates.
  • Travel & Representation

  • Travel frequently within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar to pursue business opportunities.
  • Promote its ethos of quiet mastery, refined craftsmanship, and custom design solutions.
  • Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in luxury interiors, home decor,
  • furniture, or related design-led sectors.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and have strong familiarity with the Gulf market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, performance-focused, and strategically minded.
  • Must own a car; a car allowance will be provided for client travel.
