As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a sales team to drive revenue growth across multiple regions globally.

You will define our sales strategy, manage a team of ambitious and high-performing account executives, and work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and product.

You will be reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer and be part of the wider leadership team of Easygenerator.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute Easygenerator’s global sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of team leads and account executives across regions.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
  • Develop playbooks and best practices to strengthen the entire sales cycle and bring win rates up.
  • Be part of strategic prospect meetings and guide our account executives how to overcome a prospect's no decision.
  • Partner with our Head of Business Development to ensure the quality of both inbound as well as outbound channels is upheld.
  • Collaborate with our Chief Customer Officer to ensure a seamless customer journey beyond the initial close.
  • Represent Easygenerator at industry events and act as a thought leader in the learning technology space.
What You\'ll Bring
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales with a track record of building and scaling global sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong background in consultative, solution-based selling at the enterprise level, as well as a high-velocity sales environment.
  • An approachable leadership style that encourages open communication and teamwork, never driven by ego.
  • Acts as a role model of accountability, inspiring others to take responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
