Goldstone Securities is a fast-growing global brokerage, and we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our international sales teams, drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets
  • Lead, inspire, and grow high-performing sales teams across regions
  • Build strong relationships with IBs, BPOs, and institutional partners
  • Analyse markets, track competitors, and adapt strategies for success
  • Work with marketing, operations, and compliance to align goals
  • Represent GSS at expos, conferences, and industry events
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership (forex, CFDs, or financial services)
  • Strong knowledge of MT5 platform, CRMs, and IB management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
  • Target-driven, commercially minded, and ready to travel internationally
