Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and expand our FMCG sales operations across the UAE and KSA. Our diverse product portfolio includes beverages, spices, grains, frozen foods, dairy products, and a growing range of household essentials. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across multiple FMCG categories.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Manage key accounts and foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in FMCG sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC retail landscape and distribution networks.
