Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to oversee and expand their market presence in the Gulf Region. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the meat industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development within the food sector.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the Gulf Region.
2. Identify and acquire new customers to expand market share.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, logistics, and product quality.
6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
7. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and business meetings.
8. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Key Skills

1. Strong understanding of meat products, market trends, and customer needs in the Gulf Region.
2. Proven ability to drive sales growth and develop long-term client relationships.
3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with the Gulf Region's food distribution network, import regulations, and key stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the meat industry or a related food sector.
2. Strong market knowledge and experience in the Gulf Region.
3. Based in Dubai with the ability to travel across the Gulf region as needed.
