Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior leader to head Risk Architecture and Data Management. The role drives data governance, risk modelling, and analytics across enterprise risk management with strong governance and stakeholder leadership.

The candidate will lead PMO for ERM IT projects, guide data science teams and ensure IFRS9/Basel compliance while managing vendors and complex data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Risk Management with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Undergraduate/graduate degree in a quantitative discipline from a reputed university.
• Excellent project management, Basel risk modeling, big data, SCRUM/Agile and data science skills.
• Strong knowledge of Basel II/III and IFRS9 regulations and enterprise risk analytics.

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive Data Management Framework for risk data, models and scorecards.
• Lead data science initiatives, design tracking tools and ensure data security.
• Provide PMP-based project plans, manage resources and report to senior stakeholders.
• Act as SCRUM Master and Agile coach for ERM IT projects and vendor management.
• Oversee risk rating model implementation compliant with IFRS9 and Basel requirements.
