Your new role

This position is responsible for developing and executing the R&D roadmap, conducting research for product development, developing complex financial models, trading strategies, and risk management tools. The role involves working closely with department heads to incorporate research insights into actionable strategies that enhance business outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• CFA, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, or an advanced degree (MSc / PhD) in Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial modeling, trading strategy development, and R&D leadership within financial institutions or brokerage firms.
• Proven expertise in financial markets, various asset classes, and brokerage operations.
