Head of REIT position

Our client is seeking a highly experienced senior investment professional to launch and lead a new REIT for a Dubai-headquartered family business with a substantive multi-billion-dollar global portfolio.

• Hands-on experience originating and structuring a REIT / multiple REITs
• Extensive expertise in managing and launching real estate investment trusts (REITs)
• Originated and executed numerous REIT IPOs
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and deal structuring
• The successful individual must have a broad global investment network – ideally across the UK, European, US, UAE, and Asian financial markets
• The role is based in Dubai, UAE

Package – c. 400,000 USD per annum + bonus
