What You’ll Be Driving

  • Property Sourcing & Strategy : Lead acquisition roadmap — from research to negotiation and closing
  • High-Yield Pipeline : Secure high-performance residential, commercial, or alternative properties
  • Due Diligence Leadership : Oversee legal, financial, and compliance processes end-to-end
  • Developer & Broker Relationships : Forge key alliances across the UAE and regional markets
  • Portfolio Performance : Track cash flow, ROI, yield, occupancy, and investor returns
  • Cross-Functional Partnership : Align with Product, Marketing, and Tech to build investor-first experiences
  • Expansion Planning : Contribute to market entry and asset class expansion (e.g., KSA, REITs)
  • Innovation : Explore creative deal structures, new sourcing models, and proptech tools

What Success Looks Like

  • Investor-ready properties acquired, 100% DFSA-compliant
  • Improvement in average yield via sourcing / structuring
  • Launch of a property performance dashboard for investors
  • Geographic footprint expanded beyond Dubai
  • Scalable acquisition playbook implemented What You Bring
  • 8+ years in real estate acquisition, investment, or asset management in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD, off-plan processes, and due diligence norms
  • Proven track record in structuring high-yield property deals
  • Experience leading teams or managing portfolios at REITs, investment firms, or family offices
  • Familiarity with fractional ownership or proptech models a plus
  • Exceptional negotiation, commercial acumen, and analytical skills
  • Experience in DFSA-regulated environments or digital platforms preferred
