Early Oncology is focused on attacking cancer from multiple angles through innovative modalities, realising the potential of combinations and building treatment regimens with depth, durability and precision. The Head of Radio Conjugate Discovery– within the new Oncology Targeted Delivery team – will be accountable for the generation of bioscience data packages to support our early-stage radioconjugates portfolio.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to lead the drug discovery efforts of Radioconjugate efforts in Oncology R&D. This pivotal role is instrumental in advancing our mission to deliver transformative cancer therapies and set new standards in oncology treatment. By leveraging the combined capabilities, you will ensure that our collaborative efforts maximize innovation and effectiveness in developing groundbreaking radioconjugate therapies
In this role you will report to SVP, Biologics Engineering & Oncology Targeted Discovery and lead a bioscience team department. You will be responsible for the discovery and preclinical development of the radioconjugate portfolio from target discovery / identification through to clinical candidate selection.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $ 271,989.60 -
407,984.40 USD.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles) or to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
