We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function across large-scale infrastructure projects. The role is key in ensuring all works meet the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and deep experience in civil infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with project goals and international standards.
Lead and supervise QA/QC teams across multiple project sites to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
Coordinate and conduct internal audits, third-party inspections, and quality reviews.
Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies on all quality-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in quality management within large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
